Cate is a seasoned sales leader with 15 years of experience building and scaling high-performing sales organizations. She has been at the forefront of multiple go-to-market teams, from early-stage startups to established tech companies, driving revenue growth and operational excellence.

As an early seller at Google and Square, Cate helped shape foundational sales motions, setting the stage for scalable team growth. She went on to launch and lead sales teams at Clever, LinkedIn, Brex, VGS, Canal, and ClassDojo. Often, as the first sales hire, Cate designed strategies from the ground up. Her expertise spans hiring, sales process development, tooling overhauls, and building playbooks that drive repeatable success.
